Courts Portal now accepting Probate applications
The Courts Service has expanded the Courts Portal to allow solicitors to submit Probate applications online for the first time. During this pilot phase, the Courts Service is working with a small group of solicitors to support and refine the new process.

As part of the Courts Service Modernisation Programme, the Civil Reform Team have reviewed, improved and updated the information on Small Claims on
