From 5 January 2026, all Dublin Combined Civil Offices (except the Stamp Office) will move to an appointment-only system for public counter services. Appointments must be booked online through the Courts Service website.
This change is part of our transition to the Unified Case Management System (UCMS) in 2026. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this period as we adopt a more streamlined and customer-focused approach.
Additionally, starting 5 January 2026, all public counters in the Dublin Civil Offices will operate on a trial basis with new opening hours:
9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (no lunchtime closure).
