Monaghan - Northern Circuit - Civil and Family Law Motions Courts

The sitting of the Civil and Family Law Motions Court scheduled for the 4 and 18 February 2025 at 10:30 am have been cancelled.  All matters list for both dates will be listed for the 4 March 2025.

Please note the callover date for Circuit Court sittings commencing the 18 March, 2025 will be held on Tuesday 28 January, 2025 at 2.15pm.  All matters listed for the callover on the 4 February, 2025 will now be listed for the 28 January, 2025.
