We have made Judgments and Determinations available again on courts.ie to court users today. We have built a new more accessible and secure service to provide all 22,000 plus judgments, attachments and determinations to court users, which we removed last Wednesday, 21 October 2026.
We apologise for the disruption and inconvenience caused while the judgments and determinations were unavailable, removing them was unavoidable.

In replacing the previous service with a new and more accessible and mobile-friendly service, court users will have a different experience from before. We ask for your patience during this transition.
Please note that, if you have bookmarked links to individual judgments or determinations on the previous service, these links will need to be updated to point to the relevant pages on the new service.
We are working to upload all judgments ready for publication since last Wednesday to the new service, please bear with us as we do this work.
