The Courts Service wishes to advise court users that, with effect from 1 October 2026, the administration office for Tipperary District Court will transfer from Clonmel Courthouse to Nenagh Courthouse.
From this date, all matters for District No. 8, County Tipperary, will be administered and dealt with through Nenagh District Court Office.
Court users, legal practitioners and other stakeholders are asked to note this change when making enquiries, filing documents or conducting business relating to District No. 8, County Tipperary.
Please note that:
- Tipperary District Court will continue to sit in Thurles on the first and fourth Wednesday and the second Monday in each month as normal.
