Payment out of Interest on money paid into Court under Order 22 of the Rules of the Superior Courts

When an order is made by the court directing the payment out to the plaintiff of money paid into court by a solicitor on behalf of a defendant, the interest accrued on such sum up to the date of withdrawal shall not be apportioned and the whole amount for interest shall be paid out to the solicitor then acting on behalf of the defendant, unless the court otherwise orders.
