HC33 | High Court

Written judgments transmitted by electronic means

Where it is intended to produce to the High Court a copy of an unreported judgment which has been issued by the High Court Central Office by electronic means, counsel or the solicitor on record is required to certify as follows on the printed version:

''I certify that this is a copy of a judgment issued electronically by the Central Office of the High Court.''

In the event of any doubt parties should bespeak an attested copy of the judgment in the Central Office.
