There are two types of court forms. Both are publicly available, but they serve different purposes:
- Forms for the public — everyday forms for people representing themselves or making common applications. They are grouped by topic for easier access.
- Forms for legal professionals — the full index of forms set out in the court rules. These are technical resources mainly used by solicitors, barristers, and court staff, and require knowledge of court procedure.
